We’re a real gym that incorporates the best of the training disciplines. We might look similar to Crossfit but don't be fooled we are a bit different. We offer many different classes focusing on goals such as body building, weight loss, or even Olympic lifting. We also offer group fitness classes in everything from kettlebells to suspension workouts which are intense, but will leave you feeling like you accomplished something. If you’re not into the group scene, we also offer one on one and semi-private personal training, where we can put more focus on you and your specific goals. We even offer athletic training with our sport-specific training techniques. No matter what your goals are, one of our fitness experts has the tools to help you succeed.
Health and Wellness Leads to Weight Loss
Health and wellness are extremely important to not only making you feel good, but also helping you achieve your weight loss goals. As they say, you can’t outtrain a bad diet. Weight loss starts with what you put in your body. We regularly hold nutrition seminars covering topics like clean eating, intermittent fasting, cleanses and many other subjects. We even hold smaller gatherings, where a few athletes can get together to exchange recipes with each other and ask questions. We also host a private Facebook group, so you can get tips and advice when on the go! Health and wellness is as important to us as it is to you.
Fitness Classes that Will Whip You into Shape
We offer high-intensity conditioning classes open to everyone (walk-ins welcome). These fitness classes run for an hour, and the curriculum (no two are exactly the same) will leave your body guessing. A class could include kettlebells, suspension work, or bodyweight exercises. Our athletic training focuses on developing the specific power, agility and flexibility needed for a particular sport. Whether you want to train in the pre, post, or even in-season, we will help you develop the skills needed to take your game to the next level.
Our personal training sessions start with you. We’ll discuss your goals with you. Your trainer you will design a workout plan tailored to your specific needs. They will also discuss your nutrition habits, and will be available between sessions if you have any questions.
